One month!!!
Now we start getting really excited, it's almost here! There are some new attractions at the parks too.
At Magic Kingdom, the new "Pixie Hollow" attraction is very popular. People love to get "shrunk" to fairy size so they can meet Tinkerbell and her friends. It's right next to the princess meet & greet area, very convenient!
This is such a big event that Southwest Airlines painted one of it's planes as "Tinkerbell One". Not bad for a 55 year old pixie!

The crews are working to get all of the Christmas decorations up in time for Thanksgiving (ok, really in time for the first "Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party" night in mid-November). Soon the resorts and parks will be all decorated, adding even more to the magic. The Osborne lights (all 7 million of them),
the Lights of Winter (blinking in time with the music and a fountain)
[, and the castle icicle lights
will all be back for another holiday season.
Of course Magic Kingdom is a holiday wonderland, and Epcot celebrates the season in many different ways at the twelve countries of World Showcase, like this Canadian Santa.
Over at Disney's Hollywood Studios we hear the Hollywood Public Service maintenance crew will be doing their Christmas show, and all the stars, starlets, and wanna-bes are practicing for the Hollywood Glee Club's fractured version of "The 12 Days of Christmas"
.
Even some of the extinct animals are getting in the spirit at Animal Kingdom
Everywhere you look at Walt Disney World, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
We can't wait!
